I think there's a major difference between the two.

Sam can sing and hit the big notes whereas Shelley really has that warbling Butlins cabaret thing about her.

But neither are likely to carve a career out of the X Factor. Unless they do a SuBo.

Sharon really needs to realise that she sends her better acts home and then the ones she keeps, she gives ridiculous songs to them to sing,like Shelley last night.

Shelley's sing off performance was miles better than her song on last nights show.

I am glad Louis chose Kingsland Road,he was 100% right to do so and Sharon needs to think Nicole sent Shelley home too.
I really would rather have deadlock than this flash vote nonsense and I think Shelley would still have gone and I also think she'd have gone last week too in deadlock.

I hate to add to Mrs O's woes but I really don't think Sam will go that far for her either,she is a really good singer but not original enough, both songs she has done so far,she has done them really good and sang superbly but they are still just near straight copies of the original versions.
