Islam should eventually see it's enlightenment. Religion is so flawed it's unbelievable and people are naturally inquisitive. If religion ever dominates human thinking and reasoning again we don't deserve to be an advanced species.

More countries might be feasible now but in the future it won't be. All these little countries will have next to no say in the advancement of humanity and with the price we have to pay to traverse the stars no country will be able to foot the bill.

Scotland will probably get independence in the referendum, but it will most likely attempt to become a member state of the European Union.
