..some things are beyond our control, Alex..your years of smoking can't be changed in any way but you could address the present and future of being a smoker...I know that it's not an easy thing to give up, but it's possible and achievable if you want it enough..you have to see yourself as a non smoker and determine to be that person and every benefit it brings you...
