Apparently my dad was at home having a bath when my mum was in labour surprised she didn't dump him there and then! She got the last laugh though, when he held me for the first time apparently I shat in his hands. #lad

It's so true. Just recently it was really windy and I hadn't buttoned my coat up before I went outside and the wind caused it to fly open and then the cords at the bottom hit me down there and I had to take a moment to compose myself. Nasty.

My one bit of advice, if you can, have good sex at the very beginning of labour.

Makes for an easy birth

Worked for me both times.

It's nothing you can really advise on as no two births are ever alike. As for using someone, personally I wouldn't, random sex with someone you don't really care about or who doesn't care for you isn't worth having.
