I've been thinking... (v dangerous I know) I've an awful feeling Scottish independence is a sneaky way of getting us out of Europe without a referendum...
If Scots do vote in favour of independence then they will have to re-apply for EU membership, but maybe they won't? That way David Cameron could let recruitment agencies set up there bypassing work and wage laws, trade and other restrictions in place atm.
