Just as planes are not meant to crash, but some do. Things go wrong, nothing is flawless.

This is cool, but even when/if it happens, doubt i'll use it.
Argos have a similar service where they ship an item to you from store asap and it can cost up to £50 on some items.
This will be as, if not more expensive. Nice option, but will be too expensive.
