I have to agree with you, Ellie and Luke were very much a partnership, Shane knew when to step back and let Nicholas lead but it seemed in the performance with Sam that Nicole and Sam were in a battle for who got the best of each other.
Nicole totally outperformed and outsang Sam,which left Sam seemingly coming across as in a way struggling with the song and peformance by playing catch up almost.
