I can't remember when I stopped believing in Father Christmas. My eldest niece is 11 now and "knows" but the two younger ones still believe.

Well I'm sure some people do it out of personal choice but the majority don't really considering it stems from another religion. But even though I don't celebrate it properly I do still love christmas and really get into the spirit and watch christmas tv as a family, go to christmas parties, gather with extended family sometimes, do stuff like secret Santas etc lmao and as a kid I did give out Christmas cards at school, like we don't isolate ourselves from Christmas completely lol, we just don't do the whole tree and turkey and presents and stuff.
We have Eid anyway where you go visit family/exchange presents (mainly money)/eat lots of nice food and that's on twice a year
