I've had about 3 hours sleep. I need sleep but I can't get back to sleep

I went to sleep 1:30. Woke up at 3:30 for the toilet and then woke up again at 4:30 and have been up ever since.

..awww, you can both have snoozes later after you've opened all of your gifts and eaten far more than you wanted to...Christmas Day afternoons are perfect sleeping times...

I can never get to sleep when it's light. The only time i sleep in the afternoon is when I'm ill. So it looks like I'm going to be up for another 19 hours
