No what is flawed is that people need to realise the context of his comments. If he had actively got up and started saying that to people then yes that would be a reason to get annoyed etc, but he didn't he had a one on one conversation with Luisa who prompted the discussion.

There's nowhere private, his conversation was not private or 1 on 1. He is fully aware that there are millions of viewers watching him but yet he still chose to showcase his potentially offensive and ignorant opinions.
