Tbf, they have a whole other room/studio set-up, i doubt they'd have gone to the trouble of making that room just in case Dappy was up for eviction. The room was there as a pre-planned twist, who was up i doubt had anything to do with the twist.
Btw, i don't doubt your theory that they do sometimes set up twists to save HMs, but on this occasion,
imo, the twist was always going to happen, no matter who was up.
