He's acting, it's all for the drama and to try and get sympathy. He actually believes it himself, in the Diary Room everything was Casey's fault and he was the victim.

Even when he says 'everyone hates me', that's all for effect as well.

That's more or less what I was about to say, great post. He's not acting at all, he genuinely believes that it's everyone else with the problem, not him.

..yeah, I agree Jonnii, I think the tears were real because he realises with the boos that it's all going horribly wrong for him.....
