They could be spreading diseases? What is to say they are not having safe sex? People who have sex just once could spread a disease.

Like I said if somebody is willing to just have sex with somebody there and then (and without a condom) they are clearly not thinking about their own health and so I doubt they would even think about how many people that person may have slept with that night, day, week, month, life.
