I agree that Evander wasn't too eloquent, I'd absolutely hate to try to get a sentence out of him! But Jasmine isn't too bad

Evander has an excuse his brain is well and truly scrambled due to the many big shots he received over the years in the ring.

Possibly... but how scrambled was his brain in the first place that made him choose a career path of taking big shots in the head?!
