Fill up my pint glass of water, go for a wee, brush teeth, climb into bed, set alarm, check the weather for the next day for Bristol, London, Anchorage, New York, Cape Town, Bangkok, Tokyo, Broome, Melbourne and Auckland (lol) and put on my sleep playlist. Then turn my pillow over (as it has got warm by the time I have checked all the weather) and then slowly drift into sleep.
(I shower and moisturise earlier in evening then lounge around in my slippers and dressing gown)
