Yes.
Jim might well be capable of handling himself, but when people are 'ganging' up on him and he is completely outnumbered, then that in my mind is bullying. Also, there have been times when he has tried to ignore them, walk away etc, and they still niggle at him time and time again, just not leaving him alone. It is mean, pathetic and totally immature. |
