For the first time ever on this forum I am really sickened by the support of someone who frankly, is such an asshole. If the Great British Public really want an asshole for a winner, they couldn't have made a better choice.

Kizzy you said the same the other day, accused of us of allowing comments laughing at Lindas sexual abuse, well I am still waiting on a link to those comments.

If you see sickening offensive comments then report them but I would really hope you wouldn't ignore sickening offensive comments about other housemates and only report ones about Linda because that would be really bias wouldn't it?

Anyway this thread is nothing to do with Linda, Jet never mentioned Linda or comments about her in his OP...

I didn't accuse anyone of anything, I may have mentioned a double standard.
It's sometimes necessary to bring other HM into threads to make your point josy, it's not bias if I saw comments about jim being raped by a bear I would find that pretty distasteful too.

Linda's issue with him goes back to the Frank Carson incident.... Don't tell me that she didn't provoke Jim to bring that up. if she wanted it kept private she shouldn't have kept attacking him at every opportunity. Jim just tried to keep it civil but she kept digging and goading him until it all came out in the open. everyone including the housemates became intrigued about there issue...and eventually Jim spilt the beans.

Very well said Jet. Once Jas was evicted I have only watched the eviction show last Friday. I haven't watched any more highlights shows and I cannot bear to look at the smug face of Jim. He should never ever have been put into that house with the history he had especially with Linda. I had thought this was the best series but now with Casey and Lee back to the love or pukefest now that Jas is gone and Jim smug in the knowledge that he is untouchable with all that 'public support' I am beyond caring who wins. I would hope against hope it wont be him and if there is a God he will be gone Friday.

He admitted that he was a chauvinist. And I'm sorry but I'm really tired of the "oh it's just because he's old school." My grandparents are 10-20 years older than Jim and would never act like him, especially on TV. He's just a bad person that needs to grow up and realize that the world has changed. He also has been pretty nasty with the intentions of his sly comments.

Sorry if that sounded harsh, I wasn't really trying to direct that at you Rusticgal, it was just in general because a lot of people seem to have the same POV as you.

Yeah, I'm starting to wonder if that's it. I feel like I just sound like I'm overreacting since basically everyone else feels fine with it. If this was in America I do not think Jim would fare that well; we have much more censorship and are more PC.
