I disagree Chuff.... Jim has not shown himself to be a male chauvinist. He has an Old school view to male/female roles in life.... However he has not been nasty to anyone.
Linda's issue with him goes back to the Frank Carson incident.... Don't tell me that she didn't provoke Jim to bring that up. if she wanted it kept private she shouldn't have kept attacking him at every opportunity. Jim just tried to keep it civil but she kept digging and goading him until it all came out in the open. everyone including the housemates became intrigued about there issue...and eventually Jim spilt the beans.
just because her husbands dead why shouldn't he be mentioned?. Do we stop talking about people just because they have died. What was there to defend? It was all caught on camera... Anyway I think it's sad that people are jumping on the bandwagon of male chauvinist.... Apart from the shirt ironing comment (which really was dealt with light heartidly).... Please enlighten me on what he has done....bearing in mind Linda and Luisa have dissed men on a couple of occasions.
