I hardly think he hasn't pulled that trick many times before in his life, and will again. That is something that can truly hurt other people and mess up things in their life and relationships. Yeah, I agree, I didn't phrase that very well. I just meant to say I think he does even more since he seems absolutely obsessed about what the public thinks about him.
