She is only being honest when she rips into people but she turned on the water works when Lionel told her what he thought. She talks about the other HM/'s having delusion of grandeur when she's not even that successful herself. Gimme half an hour and I'll think of about a dozen more examples of how its OK for her to do certain things but such an outrage when other do it to her.
