Don't know what has the best cuisine but Hungary has the worst. Its so bad they named their country after their empty stomachs.

I quite like Mexican food but over here it's mainly just chain restaurants with small portions and poor quality.

Indian. I think the flavors are amazing and they tend to use spices rather than salt to enhance their dishes.
