After seeing Lewis' incredible weight loss it took me back to when I did it.
This was me like 5 years ago.
I didn't go to the gym i just didn't eat very much and got really skinny,
Overtime i put on some weight to where i was a few months ago - I wasn't overweight just had a bit of a belly.
I decided to join a gym and there is one opposite me for only a tenner a month so i thought, why not?
I took a picture four weeks ago and will continue to take one every four weeks but just in these four weeks i can already see a massive difference! I don't want to loose weight like i did before, i just wanted to feel a bit more healthier and lose a bit of flab!
It's still not my favourite thing going but its not as bad as i thought it would be!
How i feel after is why i do it - i feel great!
