I do go to the gym. I don't like it but I like the results. I'm lucky enough to have a gym onsite at work now so it's much easier. I avoid carbs as much as I can and fast if I put on a couple of pounds. If I didn't I'd end up looking like that picture of Homer in the other thread.

I'm good, thanks. I've always had a problem with my weight. I need to eat healthier. Maybe that will help.

its not about healthier its just less.

When i lost all that weight years ago i didnt really cut anything out i just ate three times a day - wheras before that id allow myself anything!

just do it mon - fri and then at the weekend binge out.
