The only certainty in life is death. Everyone dies at some point. There are all sorts of moral and ethical debates about the right to life, so many that it's impossible to ever be 'right' or 'wrong' in my opinion. If someone's in a coma for years (e.g. Ariel Sharon) - are they really alive anymore?
