I do think though..for long term bans it might be a good idea to have a ban list type thing, that explains the final warning they got, etc etc.
Shorter bans it just doesnt work, as most of the time the reason is 'build up of infractions' and people STILL go 'omgz he was banned for a fortnight for calling someone a dick' when the member actually only got a 1 pointer for it or something |
