I'm considering stopping more every day. I don't drink any more so there's no worry of relapsing when I'm out in a pub. But it's still hard because I sometimes still enjoying. Maybe when I get to 6 months sober I'll really give it a go. I'm probably going to go through a GP and not bother with e-cigs that create vapor, it will just make me want a cig.

try to cut down as most smokers smoke tons of fags they dont really want or need

I'm on average 7-8 a day so not a massive smoker anyway

ach give yerself a break and have a fag whilst you go for 6 months sober

That's probably a good idea, one thing at a time, you don't want to put too much pressure on yourself

Yeah definitely not. I remember we had this conversation before and said giving them both up at the same time would just be ridiculously hard LOL

I was off them for around 4 months but I slipped back on them again slowly :/
