Oh Ammi I know Audrey was before your time (i think she would be in her 80s if she were alive, or maybe she is still alive!) , I just wondered if you have always been a fan of her since childhood, or if she was someone that came on your radar later on.

..she's always been one of my favourite actresses Cherie but for me what came later on was learning more about her and the person she was and then liking her more because of that..

..I liked most subjects at school but the social part of it not so much..I did have a really lovely friendship group though..

...hmmm, favourite song is hard because there are so many songs and I like them for so many reasons but I always think of Joni Mitchell, Both Sides Now as being 'my song' so I'll go with that...

..not really one particular author no, I have a few books that are my favourites though...mostly ones that I read as a teenager...Far From the Madding Crowd, Moby Dick, Little Women, Alice in Wonderland, Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn, I guess maybe Mark Twain would be the closest to a favourite..I also like Truman Capote....


..I'm not sure about the poem defining me but there are two I particularly like..one is a bit of a 'clichéd' one I think..If, Rudyard Kipling and the other is one I read a few years ago which seems like quite a shallow poem but it really isn't/it's the complete opposite..that's what I love about poetry, we can all read different things into it...anyway, here it is..

I want a red dress.
I want it flimsy and cheap,
I want it too tight, I want to wear it
until someone tears it off me.
I want it sleeveless and backless,
this dress, so no one has to guess
what's underneath. I want to walk down
the street past Thrifty's and the hardware store
with all those keys glittering in the window,

hoisting the slick snouts over their shoulders.
