Got to agree. People who "tell it like it is" are most often the people who flare up if someone tries to tell them "like it is". It's a code phrase for "I am rude, ill-bred and tactless". And the people that find them entertaining? May their lives be full of people like that for a week and we'll see how they feel at the end of it.

With Toya that's her problem - she's all about the 'telling' and none about the 'listening' !

Which is why she is unable to have a two way discussion about any problem, without jumping to conclusions, missing the wider picture and simply talking AT people, not WITH them.

She 'tells it' - but not how 'it is' - just tells what 'she thinks'. Which is usually whatever knee jerk reaction/judgement she's made that puts her in 'the right' and whoever else in 'the wrong'.
