With Toya that's her problem - she's all about the 'telling' and none about the 'listening' !
Which is why she is unable to have a two way discussion about any problem, without jumping to conclusions, missing the wider picture and simply talking AT people, not WITH them.
She 'tells it' - but not how 'it is' - just tells what 'she thinks'. Which is usually whatever knee jerk reaction/judgement she's made that puts her in 'the right' and whoever else in 'the wrong'.
