Did you read the OP? I was able to justify Helen's past. Can you? Jim's prolonged history of thuggery/homophobia/domestic violence/racism is far, far, far worse than anything Helen has done and therefore far more difficult to forget. Especially as he's shown no signs of changing, calling homosexual presenters on TV perverts as recent as late 2012. Are you suggesting prostitution is on par with that?

And as recent as 2012 Helen was raking in the money talking about her celeb clients, which can't be nice for their families. Yet here she is on BB taking the moral high ground over a woman who had a shower with clothes on to wipe horse sh*t off her.

Someone's past is someone's past, it shouldn't matter what happened in their past... You cannot say you can't bring up one person's past then drag someone elses up, that is hypocrisy...

here I go AGAIN repeating myself because you're too lazy to read my posts I didn't tell people to not being up Helen's past simply because it's the past. I clearly stated not to do so because a) there's a good chance she's changed b) her past can be justified c) her past has no correlation with her actions in the house. Jim on the other hand has shown no indications of changing and the things he's done are horrific and unjustifiable. so no hypocrisy on my part at all he's probably the only housemate whose past I've brung up anyway, no other housemate has done the things he's done.

Salman, do you think prostitution has any lasting effect on a woman? I'm curious how you perceive it. She's a "harsh character" to use her fellow housemates polite terms for it. Do you think her stint as a prostitute has anything to do with that? This idea that a person does that, and then the moment they stop it's simply something from their past that doesn't affect their present seems naive to me, like someone who hasn't got much experience with such things. I don't mean this to sound argumentative, but I think you could preach less and have your mind open to learning more.

Given the amount of responses you've had, which challenge your view; do you really think you have succeeded in "justifying" her past?
