Unless he's had an explosion in the last year then it appears to be nothing other than a small business, certainly no money in it (unless its hidden from the taxman)
The credit rating of 49 is pretty much bog standard for a startup company, for example, my company thats been trading for nearly 10 years and has posted reasonable profits for the past 3 years has a rating of 61, my other company which has not traded for 3 years has a rating of 50.
