I've started to feel quite bad for Kim. I don't think she "loves" him, obviously, but I do think she's just a plaything that he was trying to use for his narrative. For all of her early attempts to appear stoic / well held together, I think she's a very insecure girl, especially with relationships, and she's sort of latched onto him now...
