I think it's hard for anyone to be 100% accurate all of the time. She got things right about Chris, and Helen.
Chris is getting too fond of Ashleigh, and using cuddles too much.
Helen hasn't changed. Her journey is all about herself, and not looking at the harm that she has done to others.
She got things wrong too...
Chris is scared of Helen, and cried with her (the crying looked fake to me)
Mark had a tantrum (the tantrum looked fake to me)
But even though she gets things wrong, she helps you to work things out for yourself.
