He calls himself ridiculously polite. I think that is just another way of saying he will not be confrontational with people he dislikes. But he seems to have a talent for armchair arguing in the diary room, where he is safe.

Being the self proclaimed overly polite person you would have thought so ... see you in the garden when you have finished your bath Ashleigh ... pretty simple, normal, and polite. Instead, having heard a poll telling him what people thought of him, he chose to sit there and stare.
