Not so sure myself tbh. When one is drunk one gets to love everyone and Ashleigh was really drunk. A lot of Helen's trouble has been the public perception of Ashleigh, thus voting her for a lot of the tasks. She has had a good reception whereas most of the others have been downed left right and centre. Helen must have been feeling very jealous of it all as she has had a lot of negativity thrown at her. They are the last two women standing, one by her own efforts and the other by Paulines.
