Helen gets called a bully because she shouts.

Ashleigh doesn't shout but for her 'evil plan' she deliberately excluded Helen and secretly manipulated the other girls to nominate Ash - for the sole reason of upsetting Helen. This exclusion and manipulation and intention to cause harm to a HM can also be seen as bullying.

But because she didn't 'shout' - no one calls it that.

I don't think either of them are bullies by the way - but both can be bitches.

Helen is a foreground bitch with self reflection and a sense of humour about herself.

Ashleigh is a background bitch with no self reflection and no sense of humour about herself.

Give me Helen over Ashleigh any day.
