I know it will be very difficult but try and put yourself in Ashleigh's shoes for a moment. She was bullied at school. Then she gets to go on Big Brother, expecting and hoping for a fun summer. Instead she meets Helen and her nasty gang. So is back in the playground and so is miserable. You have to put yourself in her shoes and look at it from her perspective and not your own perspective. Helen and the nasty gang had the attitude of "Ashleigh's miserable", they weren't interested in why and didn't care and the reason is because they are nasty and don't care.
