Yes i just watched it and it is very strange there is a segment of statements made by Obama and clips of American drones dropping bombs then a cockney cutting the Americans throat after the Foley bloke spends a few minutes blaming America and saying he wishes he wasnt American. There is something very strange about this video.
Something doesnt ring true with it.
They couldnt make a more professionally produced and inflammatory video if they tried.

Liveleak has now gone down under the load of people trying to watch it.

Yes many have now reported that his (the killer) voice
may of been edited onto to it.
