I don't get what was cruel - all things that she mentioned in her vt and she was laughing all the way through it.

LOL I wasn't thrown or taken in by some sad music I just thought the stuff she had to say about herself mocking her appearance when she has so publicly stated how much the public mocking her looks has affected her was really below the belt.
