I think it is all too new for her to be going on a reality TV show. As far as I know, she only just started the process this year, so in my view she ought to have given herself a chance to adjust and for her family and friends to adjust, then she could have gone in next year or something when she felt more comfortable in her own skin.

It seems like she is rushing the process, and that won't work. She will have to go through the same process as every other transgender person and she will have to go through the emotions and the ups and downs just the same as well. She can't just pop up on a reality TV show, become the nation's sweetheart and everything will be perfect.

I'm not sure her therapist would have recommended she do this show at all.
