Lol,I doubt he actually had poo on his hands.Stephanie is the only one to say this AFTER being evicted and she is a fruit loop who over exagerates everything due to her "germaphobia".Nobody in the house has said anything about him having poo on his hands,Including Stephanie when she was in there.Some said he had poor hygene due to him not showering which he needed some encouragement to do but no one has said anything about him walking around with poo on his hands.Stephanie is extremely childish and it is exactly the kind of thing she would say.I would'nt take any notice of what Pratt says tbh.
