In the examples you give above nobody was displaying their private parts in a kitchen of all places with women present. Surely you can see that is not socially acceptable behaviour?

I think men have exposed themselves a number of times in the BB house without it being a warning. I think the warning was based on the reaction of Dee to placate her to an extent. If she hadn't said anything, there would have been no warning
