I cannot fully recall why he did it but I think it was Mario in BB in 2010,who more than once ran around the house and garden totally naked.

Many female housemates have exposed part of themselves many times in the house too.

This is just to me another storm in a teacup, not worth the time and effort to bother with and I agree with those who say it was likely to appease the miserable Dee.
