It's not really any one religious or new age thing - but he picks up all sorts of wisdom, ideas etc from a lot of sources and makes up his own belief system as he goes along.

It's the best way i reckon - picking up bits here and there from different religions, from science, from philosophy, from meditations, from books, even from your own mind - and making your own way of being and seeing - whatever suits you and feels right at the time for what you need and how you need to grow.

He agrees with what all religions and spiritual organisations agree with though - the importance of love.
