it is 100% deal with it. how many women firefighters climbed up the twin towers on 911 ? More and more women are actually training to do trades such as plumbing, building, electricians etc but recent studies have found that the pay gap between men and women is highest in these trades with women being paid on average of 32% less to do the same job as their male counter parts.....

good about time they got off their backsides...though I dont believe for asecond this is really happening...how many female plumbers and sparkies and road workers etc have you met employed or even seen compared to male ones? really? ..id love to see women tarmac the roads clean the sewers but sadly theyre too lazy to do so....the average wage of women is less because they dont work as long or as hard or in as many dangerous jobs. if more of them stop milking benefits and sitting on their asses smoking fags and drinking booze paid for by the tax payer then maybe the average female wage will rise. until then all the masses of women do is p^ss and moan and demand something for nothing. pathetic culture.
