Yeah, we all have cancer cells. They lay dormant in us.

I obviously meant that a lot of people at the moment, including people I know, are suffering from it. No need to be some kind of smart ass. When actually, from my understanding, cancer is the term used for when our cells turn bad, so you could say they lay dormant in all of us, but they don't really.
