Chat and games is the place were people can post silly threads etc, and posts that would be seen as spam on other parts of the forum. If posts started counting, all that would have to stop.

i had reasons for making another account, when i made this account i couldn't get in my other because i had forgot my password and email address to it, but that account has been deleted now which i asked josy to do as she already knew

I guess there was a reason they were not going to be included in the overall post count made as to members.

Thinking of the most loved poll for instance loads of posts would be just thank you or well done posts and for Birthdays loads of Happy Birthday posts.

I think the exclusion of posts from chat and games, leaves a more accurate reflected result as to posts made on a wide range of other issues and topics.

(I would however, be just as happy if they were included).
