No I don't,not at all,in my view this is just plain stupid.
People pay council tax and in all open public spaces should not be stopped rom doing anything that is 'legal' in those places.
It is as daft as the bus shelter rule too, a bus shelter, open at both ends and also with a gap at the bottom all around it too, has notices saying smoking is not allowed in it but take 2 steps out of it and you can smoke.
I don't smoke but this is to me just silly.
