That article mentions two drivers. TWO!!!!! Two drivers in the whole of Rochdale. Thats it? Apparently there are similar gangs in Oxford and Derby but I've never heard of them requested 'white/local' drivers.

As I said there are apparently similar gangs all over the country but I;ve only heard of this in Rochdale.
