That's how people speak in some parts of London, it's not a Jamaican accent at all.. and the song is making a statement that Women can do and say exactly what Men do and do it just as well, it's not racist, it's not offensive, it's just a song, stop picking holes in something for no reason.

The chavs i presume, a load of people say it where I'm from as well, the majority of them being white guys who think they're hard or run with 'crews' It's not a racist or offensive term.
