(The timeline for one, she was apparently pronounced dead by a paramedic at like 12 am but was put back to bed and the paramedics left, then the police were alerted at 4 am, and there was like 10 people in the house when she 'died' yet no one supposedly knew what happened to her).

The evidence is overwhelming and - Lawford apart - comes from unimpeachable witnesses, in addition the medical and forensic evidence totally corroborates the witnesses. If it were ever to be presented in a criminal trial (which we know is impossible) the evil little Greenson and the abhorrent Robert Kennedy would be indicted.
Poor, poor Marilyn; even Frank Sinatra was sickened by what Sam Giancana did to her at the Cal Neva lodge, but he was powerless to stop such a powerful gangster - just as most of the witnesses to Marilyn's murder were too intimidated by the power of the President and Attorney General of the United States to step up at the time.
Oh she was murdered by Greenson and Kennedy make no mistake.
